Elie Nicolas
Founder & Consultant
Elie founded Gastro Global to give F&B brands and investors one partner from the first feasibility study to franchising. He has worked with international brands including Ladurée, Crome London, EL&N London and Joe’s Café London to establish their presence in the GCC.
His approach combines London, European and American brand standards with practical knowledge of Gulf markets. He is based between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain and works with clients across the GCC.
