Yes. Launching and adapting international brands for the GCC market is our specialty. We combine London, European and American brand standards with local market knowledge, and we have worked with brands including Ladurée, Sift Bakery, Crome London, EL&N London and Joe's Café London to establish their presence in the GCC.
Do you prepare feasibility studies and business plans for F&B investors?
Yes. We prepare market research, competitor analysis, consumer insights, location strategy and full technical and financial feasibility studies, plus investor-grade business plans with 3 to 5 year financial models, CAPEX and OPEX analysis, break-even scenarios, funding requirements and sensitivity analysis.
Can you turn my restaurant or café concept into a franchise?

Do you only advise, or do you also manage the opening?
